Real Server Training was created to offer practical instruction in an industry where it is often lacking. Much of it is more pragmatic - how to hold three glasses, carry plates, etc - while some of it is more abstract which is to say aimed at cultivating a better way of thinking and angle of approach to the job.
It's real training for the real server -- not corporate instruction for dining-service robots. Let it serve as a template and adjust as necessary for your specific restaurant, clientele, and standard of service.
